Our proposal contemplates the free use of the 3DO
Software, which will allow reaching high standards of quality
at low cost. For that reason, we have the experience of
having implemented systems in different companies in the
milieu. |
The 3DO Software (Developed by our company) is developed
amicably in a Microsoft Environment, and it is fully compatible
with MS Office. It can be managed online by means of this
software the Bills Payable and the Issuance of Checks, Bank
Conciliations, Payrolls, Inventories, Accounting, Small
Cash Desks, Budgets, Fixed Assets and Bills for collection.
The basic implementation of this tool takes from 3 to 4
months. It also includes the adaptation for managing project
budgets and their respective reports. |

It also includes the following:
- Management of Legal, Tributary, and Supervision Accounting
of payrolls in all the necessary aspects in order to work
in the Peruvian environment. Attendance for SUNAT.
- Management of weekly and monthly predetermined reports.
It will be offered a maximum of 2 weekly reports and 3
monthly additional ones to the Financial Statements analyzed
monthly. These reports will be issued electronically by
E-mail, and if wanted it will be printed.
- Part-time availability of 1 Operations Assistant with
wide experience and of the supervision and responsibility
of an Operations Accountant-Manager. These people will
be helped by the consultancy staff of our company.
- Attendance for programmed Audits of Audit Companies
and public entities with the supervision of a Manager
of our company.

No include :
- Direct Stationery. Hardware in their offices.
- Long-distance Phone Calls.
- For the process of implementation of 4 months, an additional
monthly fee will be required.
- License for Microsoft Windows NT y SQL, necessary for
the software.
- Extra Personnel for Processes of physical or
visual inventories.
